Luggage Types

Your luggage should also be lightweight and flexible. You want to make sure you don’t pack too much, especially for a beach vacation. The goal is to alleviate, not add stress. Aim to bring a carry-on, and a checked bag, (if you have to). Honestly, nothing more than this. Typically, you’ll be lounging in your bikini on the beach so you don’t need a lot. Below are some things to bear in mind: Duffel bag-Lightweight and flexible. The soft sides of the duffle bag match just about any room. It’s easy to carry, more spacious than just a rigid suitcase, and is longer lasting than you can think. The downside? it’s not the most mobile bag on the market. Often, duffel bags don’t come with wheels. Furthermore, the bag’s loose fabric and structure offers little protection for its contents. Wheeled bags-For large loads, or long walking distances, you can not beat wheels. It is an ideal back-saver if you expect to be on the go more than you would like. The downside? It may be a bit clunky when traveling to the beach.

Get Organized

You have plenty of solutions for every problem. From sandals and walking shoes to sunscreen and shades, it’s important to keep everything coordinated. Save room by compressing your clothing. You can slip dividers of any kind easily straight into your hotel dresser’s drawers, making a quick and smooth unpacking experience. Using folders to keep your clothes clean and tidy, so that you can enjoy the date night without thinking about wrinkles. Use zippered compartments for items such as toiletries makes keeping track of makeup, jewelry and other necessities simple. Keeping things zipped will also ensure no leaks will ruin your packed clothes.

Personal items and important documents

Also if you intend on checking a suitcase, make sure you still have access to the correct travel documents in your carry on. You will also have photo identification, visas, birth certificates, insurance cards, credit cards, and boarding passes with you, in a money belt, maybe. This is obviously more intended for families intending to visit beaches while abroad. Whether you’ve got frequent flyer tickets, a student ID (or something else that might earn you a discount), or maps and travel guides, carry those too. In case your checked bag gets misplaced or delayed, bring an extra outfit and some important toiletries with you too. To keep you safe on long journeys it’s a good idea to pack a light jacket in your carry on.
